What it is
KLOW is GLOW plus one more compound. You get BPC-157, TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 fragment), and GHK-Cu - plus KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH. KPV reaches most buyers inside this blend. BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV were considered for inclusion on the federal 503A compounding bulks list at the FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee's July 2026 meeting. Committee recommendations are non-binding advice to the FDA.
Why researchers are looking at it
The components are studied in lab models of tissue-repair signaling, inflammatory pathways, and skin and collagen biology. KPV's published work focuses on inflammatory-pathway models, including gut-inflammation research. All of it is preclinical or early-stage.
